My kids were given these DVD players for Christmas last year and one stopped working about a month ago. It starts and then the screen goes black and flashes the Wonnie symbol. We have been trying for awhile to get it fixed. Please contact me for a replacement.

Was bought a wonnie portable DVD player back in January an it's already messed up it's not playing any DVDs it cuts off about 4 mins after it is turned on an keeps doing this repeatedly so I'm reaching out to asked for a replacement one please
